Drop Shipped One Way

Perfect for simple DIY events, or DIY Craft Kits, our drop shipped option includes items that are yours to keep. No returns required. We’ll deliver everything directly to your location, and you can set up, manage, and enjoy your event at your own pace. This option is ideal for smaller gatherings, or casual celebrations where convenience and flexibility matter most. Since you don’t need to schedule a pickup or worry about returning equipment, you’ll have one less detail to manage. Just enjoy your event, and keep the items when it’s over.

Drop Shipped and Returned

This option is designed for events that require specialized rental items that can’t be kept but are easy to ship back after your event. We deliver everything directly to your location in advance, you use the items for your event, and when you’re done, you simply pack them up and send them back using the provided return instructions and labels. For example, if you’re hosting a Carnival, we can ship a pallet of Carnival Games, Tickets, Tables, and Prizes right to your door. After the event, you wrap them back up, and send them back. It’s quick, hassle free, and perfect for lower budgets.

Guided Event

Some events rely on volunteers or an in house team but still require professional oversight. With our guided event option, an experienced event manager is assigned to oversee your staff or volunteers. They’ll provide direction, make sure everything is handled correctly, and keep the event running on schedule. This option gives you the confidence of professional management while still utilizing your own team.

Fully Staffed Event

For clients who want everything handled professionally, our fully staffed event option provides complete coverage. Our trained staff members manage every aspect of the event. We’ll handle unloading, setup, and operation to teardown and cleanup. This ensures everything runs smoothly and allows you to focus on your guests and the overall success of your event without worrying about logistics.

Additional Fees & Requirements

Hotel Fees

For multi-day or long distance events, our staff may require overnight lodging. In these cases, the cost of hotel accommodations will be added to your invoice. We always work with you in advance to ensure accommodations are reasonable and transparent.

Meal Tickets

Our team works hard behind the scenes to make your event seamless and unforgettable. While meal tickets are never required, they’re always appreciated.
Meal tickets help provide food and refreshments for the staff running your event. It’s a simple gesture that goes a long way in supporting the crew that keeps the party going. Your generosity helps us take care of the people who take care of you.

Power Access

Many of our rentals such as inflatables, interactive games, and concession equipment require access to reliable power. To ensure your event runs smoothly, please review the following requirements:

  • Standard outlets (110V) are needed for most rentals.
  • Larger equipment may require dedicated circuits or multiple outlets.
  • If power is not available on-site, generators can be rented through us.

Providing proper power ensures that your rentals operate safely, reliably, and at their full potential giving your guests the best experience possible.

Water Access

Certain inflatables and activities require a standard garden hose connection with adequate water pressure.

  • A continuous water source may be necessary for some rentals during the event.
  • If water access is not available, please let us know in advance so we can help determine alternatives.

Additional Fees

If power is not available on site, Generator rentals can be rented through us or a third party. All fees will be communicated clearly prior to your event, so there are no surprises.
